Here is a brief overview of what foods we will be abstaining from during the cleanse, so you can see if you are willing to Give these up to give your body the opportunity to flush out toxins, and properly absorb the dense nutrient rich foods you will be including.
Days 1-4 following My recipes (under Albums that say Recipes I created...) and a few of the "Cleanse to Heal" recipes for lunches or breakfasts (links will be in the lessons). You'll be abstaining from Gluten, Dairy, Sugar, Caffeine, and Alcohol
Days 5-7 we continue to abstain from all of the above and then we also remove Grains, and Meats
Days 8-9 Now we are only eating Fruits and Veggies, we have removed Fats, Oils and Salt too.
Day 10 Juicing Day, we will only be drinking our meals.
Day 11 YOU MADE IT!!!!
I know you may think "Well what the heck will I be eating then" But I promise you we have plenty of recipes and foods you will be including and you won't be going hungry for 10 days.
*You won't do intense exercise past day 5, as your body needs to focus it's energy on healing and flushing out the toxins, not on toning/bulking muscles.
